To learn about a country and about a populace, you need to get involved. That is why our dance and language classes are designed for. Speak Spanish, dance Tango, Salsa, or Flamenco: learn about, live for and feel The Spanish culture!

=> Salsa
Salsa music is very popular across Latin America and abroad. Essentially Cuban in stylistic origin, it is a mix of various Latin styles with pop, jazz, rock, and R&B. Created in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Salsa is one of the most significant pan-American musical phenomena of this period.
But Salsa remains essentially a dance: percussion, guitar and trumpets give the rhythm of the dance and lead the audience to a sensual universe. Nowadays, modern pop-salsa is often romantica, defined partially by the sentimental lyrics, or erotica.
To become a Salsa dancer and move to the sound of the maracas, come to our Salsa lessons to feel the essential pulse of Latin music!

Flamenco is a song, music and dance style which is rooted in Andalusian tradition and culture. Although its culture originated in this region, it has since become one of the icons of Spanish music and even Spanish culture in general.
Initially unaccompanied singing, Flamenco now includes guitar playing, rhythmic hand clapping, feet stomping, castanets, and of course dance. Today, there are over 50 different styles of Flamenco. For example, New Flamenco is one of its recent variant which has been influenced by modern musical genres, like rumba, salsa, pop, rock and jazz.

Tango is Argentina’s gift to the world. Emerging in Buenos Aires at the turn of the 19th century, Tango is an intuitive and spontaneous dance utilising variations and combinations of walking, turning, stopping and adornments.
Beyond its energy and precision, this most intoxicating of dances combines passion, sensuality, and elegance, the perfect expression of love. It is the one universally recognized duet that conveys the complexity of passion between a man and a woman.

Learn to talk Spanish in an innovative class! During the “Tertulias”, you will not only be listening to a teacher, but you will be totally participating in the conversation. Make yourself comfortable, take a seat and practice your Spanish language by discussing different topics in a very friendly atmosphere.
This unique style of class, takes place only once a month, so call us now to book your lesson(s) while enjoying a glass of wine with us!
